Nor will Ultimate Sound Bank provide me with some type of exchange/ refund/ resolution since I have an issue that's currently uncorrectable. I can't return/ sell it, since it's registered. I've had the product for over a month and haven't used it aside from troubleshooting my issue. Even raising my latency to the max my sound card supports still results in issues. I've had little to no issues with other VST applications. I also posted the response on their message board, they still haven’t replied. I sent a response in turn and which they have not responded to. Also after calling them out, they magically replied to that second email I sent.

They claimed to never have received my emails and said they may work on an update at some random date in the future that "could" address the issue. They replied to my post acting innocent and saying satisfying me is their top priority. Next, I called them out on their message board. They never replied to it in nearly a week. In my next email, I explained to them that their suggestion did not work. The only thing they did was confirm I was having a problem. However, they completely ignored the important pieces of information and provided one extremely basic suggestion. The first email I sent them, I received a reply in a decent turnaround time.

On top of that, PSP support refuses to respond to my emails or posts on their support forum. I haven't been able to use it due to extreme CPU utilization and audio distortion in well over a month.
